[pct-l] Lighting Esbit stove

I tried an Esbit stove on my mini-thruhike this summer. It sure is hard to
light. Anybody found the "knack" on how to get those things lit quicker,
especially when the wind is blowing? Here are a few difficulties that I
had:

- Wind would blow it out
- Couldn't light it laying flat, had to light it vertical and tip it over
Note that it lit ok when a partially used tab was stuck to the "stove"
and I held the stove upside down.
- Had to hold a lighter to it way longer than the lighter is designed to
  be kept on
- Slightest wind seemed to pull heat away from the pot. OK, all I used was
a couple pieces of foil on the sides of the "stove" part but that wasn't
  enough to block the wind.

Other folks seems to use them just fine, so I think I'm doing it wrong.
