[pct-l] Glorified Zippo Tests

I am continuing my tests on propane/butane stoves at low temperatures. At
this point only a Primus canister on a Primus Titanium stove has been
repeatedly proven to work. Does anyone have a Snow Peak stove and canister
they could test.

Test Procedure
1-Attach stove to canister
2-Freeze stove in freezer overnight [my freezer registers -10F]
3-Remove stove with tongs [if possible]
4-Light stove [if possible]
If (4) not effective
5-Shake stove/canister for 5-10 seconds, Light [if possible]
If (5) not effective
6-Cup hands around canister for 10-20 seconds, shake, Light [if possible]
Repeat (6) until 60 seconds elapsed

If stove lights observe flame. If weak wait, shake and/or cup hands around.
Observe flame.
