1-I agree that we should pick the date by Christmas
2-Once we pick the date you should get campground reservations that suit
your RV as close to the backpacker's camp as possible. Also, get 4 extra
campsites together next to your RV site. [I will send you a check] A total
of 5 campsites will meet the occupancy requirements.
3-Once we have the reservations I will explain that this not an "event" but
a gathering. Anyone walking the PCT is welcome to join the party but they
must meet the rules/requirements of the campground.
4-We do not need to slackpack this weekend or slackpack the trail all at
once. We can slackpack Friday afternoon, Saturday and Sunday, then come back
another weekend to finish. Or we can do it another weekend altogether. My
plan is to get all the organizers of this event together for a fun hike.

Tentatively, I propose the following
1-Friday afternoon slackpack from the monument to the road
2-Saturday slackpack from the road to Lake Morena
3-Sunday slackpack to Cibbets Flat.
(This will give you time to drive back to Morena, unhook and go)
This also means that someone else will need to pick up people arriving
Saturday in San Deigo)
