Not exactly. I call ANYONE who doesn't "properly store their food" and
ADVOCATES that action to others -- a scoffflaw. I call sleeping with your
food "improper food storage". Don't you? You can use bear boxs or hang your
food except where that is deemed insufficient.

Lets let this go unless someone actually gets an real opinion/law out of
the NPS.
