Laughing.....  if one could only eat plain corn pasta (or corn pasta of any 
kind), they could hike the trail for free, the hiker boxes are full of that 
stuff.  I grabbed a bag in Sierra City, saving myself a few dollars and  I 
still have left.  

The miracle food, the food of the gods, ten percent more energy, more miles 
per day and more.......
