[pct-l] Inserts

I have an old pair of Danners on the thin part of their 2nd set of soles. The 
boots are really stretched out. I put in a new set of montrail boot inserts 
which made them feel new again ( shims up the slop on the inside ) 17.00 for 
the set, they worked great.
