Hi Sly.  Above tree line you might try stuffing your food deep into a crack 
in some rocks using a rodent proof sack. Or you could place on a high ledge 
on the face of a large boulder or cliff.  Bears don't rock climb yet.  
Probably camping lower would be easier and more reliable.
