[pct-l] bare feet and blisters

Blisters seem to be an ever present problem for the long distance hiker in
spite of the efforts to prevent them. It makes me recall my childhood days,
when it was no big thing to run up and down the alley, rocks, glass,
stickers and all, in my barefeet. Perhaps they weren't ready for 20 plus
mile days, but those feet were tough! I wonder if I learned something back
then.
