[pct-l] message on the list

Gentlemen,

I don't "post" often so am having my first experience at being
frustrated that my message isn't getting to where it belongs with the
"new" system. If I am being too impatient, or, did it wrong, please feel
free to "scratch" any of the "extra" messages about calcium and cramps. 
I posted one two days ago and apparently I did something wrong for as of
this a.m. its not on the list that I can see. 

Okay, I've bothered you enough. Please ad. if I'm doing things wrong.
