Check out the Cassel General Store on your thru hike. They will give 
thru-hikers a free place to camp in town and have a great register to read 
going back to 1987. Nice trail with good resupply stuff plus a post office 
next door. Cassel General Store, 21549 cassel rd./p.o.box 30, Cassel,Ca.
