[pct-l] Cottonwood Creek again

The hiker was able to obtain water from the pipe just past the Cottonwood bridge.  The LA Power and Water employee who had just a half hour earlier told her that the water was shut off and not available is no longer in the area for any further discussion, perhaps luckily.  Thank you very much for any current or future replies.
