Here is a link to a site that has the Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) for
denatured alcohol.  It should list the flash point.

On a similar subject, I have found that butane/propane cartridges are under
similar rules.  Ground only, ORM-D sticker, etc.  I still don't know about
shipping either fuel to places that are serviced only by UPS.
