I bought a Feathered Friends bag last winter and had a really good
experience with them. I liked being able to customize a bag and have it
sown for me. It was at my door in 4 weeks, just like they said it would
be. I would buy another bag from them based on my experiece with them. I
am sorry to hear about all the bad experiences.....
