[pct-l] Echo Lake Summit Feast

When you thu-hikers get to Echo, thumb east thirteen miles for the buffets at 
South Lake Tahoe. Should be able to eat like a king for ten bucks. Save a 
dollar for a keno ticket. My dream in 77 was to find Farrah Fossett with a 
bucket of Kentucky Fried Chicken and a sixpack of rootbeer at the top of Muir 
Pass. Food seems to top the list of wants when doing the trail with Farrah 
running a close second. Monte
