[pct-l] Tuolumne Meadows Resupply

In the past, if Tuolumne Meadows is closed then any packages bound for it
are hold at Yosemite Valley's PO.  If you are looking to resupply from the
store, then your only choice is to hike down to Lee Vining or down to
Yosemite Valley.  I personal would go to The Valley, but then I go there
every year.
