[pct-l] surprise packages?

For those of us that are NOT attempting a thru hike, but are envious of all of
you that are....

I think it would be fun to mail some surprise packages to some of our thru
hikers throughout the year.

How about if I get a list of names, resupply points/addresses and estimated
dates of arrival together?  Maybe we could start with the beginning portions
of your trip and have someone update the info along the way?  
I would imagine a surprise package with a few treats would be a nice find
during your hike.
I know this list will be long but if a bunch of us mailed a small package
here and there throughout the year, I think we could really make some folks
happy.

How about if I maintain a list and anyone that is interested can email me for
the list? 
Could some of you thru hiker veterans suggest the types of things that you
loved to receive while at a resupply? 

Any thoughts?
