[pct-l] cel phones in Section A

Just thought I'd mention that Felipe was able to use his cel phone
(finally) along the top of a ridge near Cuyamaca Lake heading toward
Scissors Crossing.....got his phone bill and discovered he had "roamed" via
Mexico and had an int'l phone charge on his bill.  In case you're on a
budget, you might wait 'til you're into a U.S. roam area.
