[pct-l] Where to get liquid Iodine?

I am planning to take a Pur Pioneer water filter on my thru-hike, and I
want to take liquid iodine as a back up. I prefer the liquid to tablets
because I have used it in the past (supplied by the Sierra Club and by
Outward Bound), and because I think it will be lighter, and more
flexible to use. (Tablets must be carried in an airtight container, so a
zip-lock is out.)
What I don't know, is what it is called. Regular tincture of iodine is
made with denatured alcohol and is labeled as a poison. My question is:
What is liquid iodine for water purification called, and where can I get
some? Any suggestions would be appreciated.
