[pct-l] Sealing baby bottle liners

A while back there was a post about sealing food in baby bottle liners.
I assume baby bottle liners were suggested for convienient size and
light weight.  I looked at baby bottle liners at the grocery store and
it was not obvious to me how you would seal one.

Can someone answer the question "How does one seal food in a baby bottle
liner?"
