[pct-l] Filter not the H2O type

I am tired of the flames and rudeness of some of the people who have been posting on the PCT list. I 
was just about ready to give up and withdraw from the list, but that would have cut me off from my 
friends.   I would have surrendered to arrogant people. The solution is FILTERS.

 Both Netcom (my internet provider), Netscape, and Explorer have built in Filtering capabilities that 
can be set up to either block, or send to trash, E-mail based on the senders name or subject matter. I 
am setting up my first Filter and will post the results of its effectiveness.  If this techniques works as 
well as I hope, my in box will only be filled with pleasantness and topics related to the PCT.
