[pct-l] Transportation to KM

A buddy of mine will flying into LA to meet me on the trail June 12th at
Kennedy Meadows.

A teacher, he'll have two months to hike before he has to get back to school.
He'd like to know if there are any shuttles, public transportation or people
going that way, at that time and about what it will cost him.

His trailname is Bulldog and he hiked several hundred miles in '96.  His
brother Fiddlehead was '96 thru-hiker.
