[pct-l] new roster link

The link seemed to be broken yesterday but is fixed now.  The new link
to the PCT Roster is
http://www.tothesummit.com/PCTRoster.html

It's only a small change from the old one so please ensure you use the
current one or you'll get outdated information. It's getting to be quite
a list. I love it.
