[pct-l] Powdered cheese

Does anyone have a source for powdered cheese? My daughter is in the Peace
Corp in Uganda, Africa and one of the things the volunteers have a hard time
finding is cheese. Sending cheese by mail is tough because of the weight.

Internet sites where I can order are best, but any source will be
investigated.  Thanks.
