Perhaps you do, but I want to note that someone really depending upon
knowing the weather would be well-advised to base their forecast on more
than this. Clouds up there typically build during the day. Conditions
(clouds, winds, etc.) over previous days, the season, and local weather
patterns are some important factors. I supplemented my meteorological
training (for a former, aviation-related career) with focused research
which serves me well up there.

Of course one can't eliminate all risks. If civilization was *200*
miles away, one would need to be more prepared. I chose to not be
ultralight, so I need to be a bit more prepared, and I enjoy the
benefits of that even at the cost of speed.
Peace,
Jeff
