[pct-l] light axe

On a whim, I ordered the CAMP 250 Ice axe from MEC in Canada. It was about
$40 US. It's quite light compared to my steel axe. It looks good enough
for hiking and occasional self-arrest purposes. Not sure if it's approved.
Weight is reported at 440g and 9 oz in various publications. I haven't
weighed it.
