[pct-l] Web Space Update (admin)

I made an error in the instructions on how to FTP to the site to upload
your web page data.

Please ftp to:  ftp.backcountry.net, not friends.backcountry.net as I
originally mentioned.  The WWW address stays at friends.backcountry.net.

Sorry for the confusion- and thanks to  Chris Casciano for pointing this
out.
