[pct-l] VVR on Bear Boxs and snow conditions

The VVR will have bear proof storage available at no charge for the thru
hikers on the PCT/JMT this year as well as the free Hikers Tent Cabin
and of coarse, the "Cold One" (from a selection of 32 this year) The
snow on Kaiser Pass 9200' is 6 1/2' at the resort 7700' the snow is 32",
Edison Lake is 80% frozen at 50% capacity, all below normal.
