Those who object to the Ogres Tale have a problem - they label
themselves as being of one of the several mindsets which were named in
the second paragraph and were told to DELETE. If they read further than
that, then it's their own fault for not following directions.  If they
read to the end, then they know there was a "nuts and bolts" discussion
concerning the future of pct-l, thus meeting the "nuts and bolts"
objection.  If they still object, then they are among those who should
have DELETED in the first place and either don't know their own minds or
don't have minds to know.  In any case, they read either too far or not
far enough, so they either cannot follow directions or they cannot
follow through.  Why are they complaining about something that's
obviously their problem?  As that old song goes - "Here's a quarter,
call someone who cares".   :-)))

Speaking of experts - my definition breaks down like this - an "ex" is a
has-been and a "spurt" is a drip under pressure.  Draw your own
conclusions. 

Now a question - What's the definition of "nuts and bolts"?  Why do you
thnk that only "nuts and bolts" should be discussed on this list?  I
know - that's two questions.  Tough - deal with it.  :-)))
