Women in the Wild, an anthology in the Travelers Tales Guides series

Great anthology of women doing adventurous things.

Although not a book for the trail, Kenneth Wadness' "Sojourn in the
Wilderness" is marvelous. It's a large format story in text and image of
his 7 month trip on the AT. Really a lovely book.
