:Trail reading------ How about a small NIV BIBLE, The NIV is written in
todays
:engish and is easy to read, no thou,s and these. In 75 years, or less, most
of
:us will be hiking in the clouds or bumpass hell ( not a lassen park
either!)
How about:
the _Koran_
the _Dhammapada_ (especially recommended, can be found in a small,
lightweight (physically :-) ) version)
Bertrand Russell (suggested work: _Why I Am Not a Christian_, but _Principia
Mathematica_ would be good, too)
I also find Thomas Paine, Thomas Jefferson, Benjamin Franklin to be quite
inspiring
:Even if you are an unbeliever, you might learn a thing or two.
Especially...
:-) Karen
