[pct-l] Phoenix to Campo

Does anyone have any information about public or private
transportation from Phoenix to Campo?  I plan on being at
Campo around the 3rd week in April.  It looks like I'll be
staying in Phoenix for a week or so prior to that.  If anyone
has similar plans / problems, please let me know... maybe
we can work something out.
