[pct-l] ice axe basket

I have a catalog at home (Mountain Gear?) that has an "ice axe" which
attaches to a ski pole handle. This is intended to allow skiers to self
arrest in a fall. I'm assuming it would also attach to a hiking pole. If
anyone is interested in info I will try to dig it out...
