FWIW:

I wouldn't count on those jeep roads along San Felipe Hills. Those are private
roads and one needs owner permission to drive them.

A friend and I plan to make a water drop along the PCT for Thru-hikers in the
spring. We need permission to pass and still have to hike another 2-3 miles to
reach the PCT.
