[pct-l] Horses, 175 at a time

Where's the Hilton Lakes Trailhead.  I want to avoid this place for sure.

Imagine stepping off the trail for 175 horses all strung out on the trail.
That would eat into your daily mileage for sure, let alone your sense of
tranquility and forbearance.  It would forebode a nasty case of silicosis
as well what  with all that dust. We could strike up a legal case on how
horses are injurious to health and mental well being.

Why was there such a big party? a film crew? A circus?
