[pct-l] 1.1 oz Tarp

About 1.1 oz silicone water-proofed tarp material...Don't know where
to buy the raw stuff, and I don't know how long the stuff will stand
up, but integral Designs makes a spiffy tarp to those specs. They'll
even customize it to the dimensions that you need. Pretty reasonable
