[pct-l] Tarp materials

We used a tarp made of Stephenson's 1.4 ounce silicon-coated nylon on the
Colorado Trail with no problems.  We've since found a cheaper source: 
Outdoor Wilderness Fabrics 208 466-1602 sells 1.1 ounce silicon-coated
nylon for $3.30 - $4.70 per yard.
