Lara Settles (pronounced Laura) and she’s originally from NJ. She hiked
on
the Appalachian Trail in 1995 Hey , I am looking for an old friend of
mine
that I have lost touch with in the past two years. Her name is and had
the
hiking name “Blue Heron”. She met and married a man by the name of
Vincent
Denis and settled in Northern California. In 1997 they had hiked the
Pacific
Crest. She had written me a letter a long time ago and I recently found
it,
but she was no longer at that address. If  anyone out there knows where
she
is now please tell her to give me a buzz or  drop me at line.
