Re: [pct-l] energy bars - Power Gainers 100, seed bar

Barry Sears's ideas about nutrition make a lot of sense to me--see his
book Zone Perfect Meals in Minutes and his website,
www.eicotech.com--but I'm stumped as to how to translate them into trail
food. He sells his own bars, which he claims provide higher-quality
nutritional value than Power Bars (which use his %s of protein, carb.,
fat). The're fairly expensive and not as tasty as most.
