[pct-l] Pack Shades

I met a guy, William (forgot his last name, will have to review my tapes 
and get it) who had a reflective foil packshade that couldn't have weighted 
more that 3 or 4 oz.  It was a prototype from a guy in the Bay Area who's 
company made such things.  Do any of you 98 vets know how to reach william? 
  He was a real ultra light hound and valued his shade greatly.
