[pct-l] Jansport Packs

I had a Jansport  external frame pack years ago,   a nice beginners pack.  The
only problem I remember with that pack and other Jansport externals is that
they squeaked.  The aluminum tubes were not welded but clamped together.  They
really did squeak with every step.  

Hopefully they wised up,  I am not sure because Jansport doesn't seem to be
much of a presence in the Pack field.

Walking on,  without squeaking,
