RE: [pct-l] Calories and Bears



Great idea!  Only, you know, the bears aren't the REAL problem.  The
real problem is the people who feed the bears.

I was cruising the web for ideas about this issue and, much to my
surprise, discovered that a similar problem had been extensively
discussed in England a few years back.  Some of that discussion is
available online, and seems germane to the current topic, so I'll just
