[pct-l] Bug hats

My partner and I purchased our most fashionable mesh-net bug hats at
REI.  Not the most stylin' item of apparel I've ever worn but it does
work unless it's screaming hot because then the mesh holds too much heat
for me.  I believe the purchase price was under $10.00
