[pct-l] Hwy 4 and the area

The snow is melting fast, some areas are still covered quite well. Estimate at snow melt rate major openings in trail should be about 3 weeks. Weather has been up there for the past few days. Hwy  4 like 108 has shaded slopes therefore making  snow melt slow. Will up date next weekend as we will do another trail check in our area.
