[pct-l] Sierra Reports

Dear PCT'ers,

The report from the top of Mammoth Mtn (11,000+') is 8 feet of snow down to
8,000 feet.  They were still skiing last weekend!  75 degrees on top,
t-shirts and bikinis abound.  The look into the Ansel Adams wilderness area
looks well covered in white except in the lower reaches of the San Joaquin
River valley around Red's Meadow.

The report from Sth Lake Tahoe is: no snow visible except on the highest
peaks.
