[pct-l] Snow pack

Drove up to Tioga Pass (10,500 or so) yesterday.   Below 8,000 was
snow-free.   From 8,000-10,000 was limited snow, no large covered areas
below 9,000.   From 10,000 was mostly completely snow-covered.  Trees poked
thru, and some areas were wind-swept clean.  Temps were warm, morning lows
at 6,000 of 48 or so.   HTH
