[pct-l] PCT Program Update / Trail Parking permits

I've added maps to the post office section of the PCT planning program.
They are not anything special, but do give you an overview (literally) of
the town.

I'm not trying to sound like some heathen or anything, but while the forest
service does a lot of good...they are a government organization like any
other, and money isn't always spent the best way.  It's kind of hard for me
to give money to a "User fee" program knowing that they are losing money
out the back door left and right.  For more details check out:
