[pct-l] Report from Liz Coleman

I received the following via snail-mail  from Liz Coleman.  Though a little
dated, its always good to hear from this year's Trekkers:

"Hi Roy & Brian!  

Lunch at Bear Campground, 6-10-98.  A lots happened since I saw you last!
Andrea & I are getting ready to descend into the Mojave.  We passed the 500
mile mark today.  Caithlin dropped out at Hwy 74 but is rejoining us at
Mojave.   The trip has been fantastic as well as hard.  We've met the nicest
people and the weather has been pretty cooperative.  We did spend a week in
Idyllwild due to more snow &  rain.  
     
We've been consolidating gear & getting our pack weights down.  Sure helps!
It's getting overcast again.  Maybe we'll get lucky & have cloud cover over
the Mojave!  We're also planning on skipping the Sierra for now.  I may end
the hike easlier than planned & finish next summer; something to look forward
to!  Take care -- Liz"  

I would like to here from anyone who has updates on these hikers' progress.
