I received a reply from Elk Lake Resort June 8, 1998, saying they will accept
parcels for hikers. Use UPS: Elk Lake Resort c/o "yourself", Cascade Lakes
Hwy, Bend, OR 97701. There is a $5.00 fee per package. Pick-up hours are
7:30am to 9:00pm daily.
I don't know about Big Lake Youth Camp.
