Are you doing the Tahoe to Yosemite Trail or the PCT? The coincide for
much of the way but the TYT hits a couple of places where you might
resupply. There's a resort at Alpine Lakes on Hwy. 4 that is supposed
to accept packages. Also, Kennedy Meadows on Hwy. 108 is a good place
to resupply.
If you stick with the PCT, your options are limited. You can hitchhike
off of Sonora Pass (Hwy. 108) either west to Kennedy Meadows or east
to Bridgport but there's not a lot of traffic and they're both a long
ways off the trail.
I'm planning on hiking the TYT in August. Let me know if you want to
share any information.
