[pct-l] Re: pct-l-digest V1 #456

We would not recommend using the stove Roger mentions. We used one
for a few "camping" trips and found that it had several problems:
  - Fuel tablets are messy, need to handle before burning.
  - Foil wrappers need to be carried out
  - Where do you re-supply near the trail?
  - Need to dispose of ash residue.
  - Flame blew out if much wind.
  - Often took more tablets than we expected to boil water for two.
